Your Role
As CRM Manager CEE Region, you will shape and continuously develop Lindt’s CRM and loyalty experience across CEE markets. Your mission is to deepen customer engagement, increase customer lifetime value, and ensure a consistent, premium Lindt experience across all touchpoints — from boutiques and eShops to personalized communication.
Working closely with local markets and global teams, you will translate insights into impactful CRM initiatives that support both commercial performance and brand loyalty.
Your Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Loyalty Experience
Adapt Lindt’s global CRM and loyalty strategy to local CEE market needs while preserving brand consistency.
Develop and optimize automated customer journeys that reflect Lindt’s premium positioning and customer-first philosophy.
Ensure seamless and consistent loyalty communication across all channels (eShop, boutiques, POS, promotions, newsletters), aligned with marketing campaigns.
Campaign & Promotion Management
Plan and execute CRM campaigns and promotions, managing the regional CRM budget responsibly.
Coordinate local rewards and promotions across systems such as Magento, GK, and Selligent.
Test and introduce new CRM functionalities to continuously enhance the customer experience.
Performance, Insights & Operations
Monitor loyalty and CRM performance and prepare regular insights and reports for CEE markets.
Oversee CRM front-end processes, proactively identifying issues and coordinating solutions with technical partners (LAYA, Magento, Selligent, GK).
Ensure accuracy and compliance of CRM-related legal texts and communication templates.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
Act as the key CRM and loyalty contact for boutiques and Consumer Service teams.
Share key loyalty KPIs with store managers and support their understanding and implementation.
Train Store Teams, Consumer Service, and Service Champions on CRM tools and best practices.
Handle complex customer cases and data subject requests in close cooperation with the DPO and relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Lindt’s Global CRM and D2C teams to ensure alignment and knowledge exchange.
What You Bring
Experience & Expertise
3–5 years of experience in CRM, loyalty programs, or marketing automation, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Selligent, LAYA) and e-commerce solutions (e.g. Magento).
Strong project management skills and experience working across multiple markets and systems.
Confidence in analyzing data and translating insights into actionable CRM improvements.

High level of independence, structure, and attention to detail.
Proactive, solution-oriented approach in a dynamic, international environment.

Education & Languages
University degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Fluent English for daily communication in an international environment.
Additional CEE language(s) are a strong asset.
