How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate

We have an exciting opportunity where you could be a part of our incredible team. In this role as Junior Brand Manager you will be responsible for the marketing strategy execution on polish market by active supporting the Group Brand Manager CEE on daily basis.

Key Responsibilities include:

• executing & implementing strategies and marketing plans to meet brand and company’s’ business objectives
• leading the process of new products developments
• media planning for PL markets, development and adaptation of creatives, translations, communicating with agencies, preparing all the necessary materials (concepts, graphics, rules, contests, website) for promotions
• track and map marketing parameters such as pricing, distribution, formats to assist in better positioning and brand optimization of Lindt products
• analysing data and preparing presentations
• Closely cooperates with Sales & Trade Marketing in aligning business objectives & challenges and preparing trade tools, initiatives, etc
• Manages A&P budget.

What experience you’ll bring

• 2 years of experienced in brand/product/trade marketing in FMCG environment
• Educated to degree level (marketing preferred)
• AC Nielsen knowledge 
• Very good English both in writing and speaking – at least B2
• Very good analytical and presentation skills
• Able to multi task, hands on
• High coordination & organizing skills
• Very good interpersonal and collaborative skills 
• Enthusiastic approach
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mind-set

Where you’ll be based
This role is based in our office in Warsaw in Royal Wilanów (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%)
