We are currently looking for a candidate to join our team in the position of:
SENIOR BRAND MANAGER
Warsaw (Royal Wilanów)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive Lindor brand strategies that align with business goals and drive long-term brand equity, including portfolio management, managing of ATL and BTL.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy (AC Nielsen, Cognos), preparing recommendations.
Post-evaluation of marketing activities (consumer contests).
Budget tracking and preparing marketing budget plans.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, TV, print, OOH, events, etc.) to build brand awareness, consideration, and loyalty.
Oversee the development and consistent implementation of brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Trade Marketing, Logistic, Global Marketing, and others to ensure brand consistency and cohesion.
Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and production vendors to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
P&L management guaranteeing top and bottom line KPIs (with strong focus on pricing, GP and A&P).
Managing and mentoring junior brand manager, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in a leadership or strategic role.
Proven track record of successfully leading brand campaigns and building strong brand identities.
In-depth understanding of FMCG market dynamics, retail environments, and consumer behavior.
Microsoft Excel advanced (pivot tables, functionals)
Knowledge of information system tools (Nielsen, Cognos)
Proficiency in analyzing consumer behavior to drive strategic decisions.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required
Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing and digital media.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
Experience working with creative agencies and cross-functional teams.
Passion for building brands and a deep understanding of current consumer and market dynamics.
