How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate

We have an exciting opportunity where you could be a part of our incredible team. In this role you will be responsible for the E-Shop Marketing, which is a part of our D2C Team. You will have a strong impact on the continuous development of the marketing plan for the E-Retail division, in line with the Global Retail & CEE Region marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities include

• Creating, developing & implementing an innovative marketing plan and strategy contributing to the success of our E-shop within the CEE region (PL/CZ/SK/HU).
• Tight cooperation with production and performance marketing agencies
• Smooth international cross-department cooperation within the CEE team as well as the Global Lindt D2C Team
• Preparing and executing E-store trade plans, performance media planning and taking care of new launches.
• Define and manage the performance marketing budget to support e-shop delivery of the targets.
• E-shop communication management internal and external.
• Developing the design of our web and many other exciting projects (SEO, Loyalty card, Gift card, Product customization/personalization etc.)
• Analysis and reporting, profitability tracking

What we expect that you will bring

• Experience in online marketing related roles (2-3 years) preferably in e-commerce environment
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Positive team collaboration with can-do attitude
• Effective communication with negotiation skills
• Learning agility
• Multitasking approach, creative mindset with high level of flexibility
• Experience with external partners cooperation (media & digital agencies)
• Tech-savvy – a mix of skills and knowledge (GA4 is a must, knowledge of JIRA, ASANA, Magento, Selligent and Cognos will be an asset)

Where you will be based
This role is based in our office in Warsaw in Royal Wilanów (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%). You will also cooperate with the CEE Region (PL/CZK/SK/HU) with openness to travel to our offices in Prague and Budapest.
